Our favorite thing to do at the cabins...NOTHING that matters but relaxing!

Shannon and Scott asked if we would bottle wine for them at the famous, Girls Gone Wine winery. We go each trip, so we thought, why not?! It was so fun getting to learn the process of getting the wine into the bottles, sealing them, and putting on the labels! It was a nice break away from the boys (and Ashlyn!)

Campfire fun! Camera flashes in the dark make some interesting pictures! We made a daytime campfire on the Steward's last day for one last round of s'mores!

A trip to Beaver's Bend wouldn't be the same without a trip on the train! We saw lots of white tailed deer this time! TT stayed back with Ashlyn so she could nap and the bog boys went on their annual golf trip!

Now that Ashlyn is good on her feet, she LOVED going on walks! She was slower than the boys, but had lots of help along the way! Once she discovered the tractor, she couldn't get enough! Caiden was such a good driver!

Connor Turns 1

Thank goodness no one was sick and we were able to make it down for Connor's first b-day party! He put on a good show with his cake-didn't mind one bit that it was all over his hands or face! So stinkin' cute! Connor and Ashlyn are so funny together! Connor was fascinated with Ashlyn's hair; she didn't care too much for that! We had a great weekend in Leander and can't wait to hang out again this summer!

Camo Belt

Caiden made it to his 4th belt in karate...Camo! He was so proud, but so ready to be done with karate at the same time! He decided that once he got to Camo, he wanted to try something else! He worked really hard and even though he didn't want to do a lot towards the end, he was very behaved and focused in class. So proud of our little man!

Tube Time

Following in her brother's footsteps, Ashlyn went in for tubes on January 25th. Surgery went great (her tubes are blue) and hopefully ONE set like Caiden is all it will take! She has a pretty rough time coming off of the anesthesia, but once in the car eating some yogurt melts, things calmed down a little bit in her world! We spent the day relaxing and snuggling and she was back to normal the next day (but came down with a nasty cough!)
