We've started spending our Thanksgivings in Broken Bow at a cabin and I love our new tradition. It is such a relaxing vacation (well, not really because the kids ALWAYS need something). This trip was warmer than normal but we still needed fires for the morning and nights! We went on hikes, went "swimming" in the hot tub, built a gingerbread house, watched movies, played cards, and of course, ate a ton! We found a new recipe for Buckeye Balls-Buckeye Bark...it was to die for! The Kovitch family was camping in Broken Bow too, so we met Shannon and her sister in law at Girls Gone Wine for our ritual wine stop! Elfie even came for a surprise visit!
